Shipping policy

 

Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, DACY is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed parcels. We do not take liability for items once they are in the hands of the postal service. Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout, as we are unable to make changes once an order is processed.

 

Refunds

Refunds are reversed onto the original form of payments, i.e. Afterpay account or credit card used. Depending on your credit card provider, refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear on your bank statement. The total amount of the refund will be minus any shipping charges (we do not refund the shipping fee). Please note refunds cannot be made the item has been worn or damaged in your hands. 

 

Exchange

Exchanges are subject to availability at once your return arrives at our head office. Exchanges can be made for items of the same value of your original purchase. We cannot offer an exchange if the item has been worn or damaged in your hands. 

 

Cancellations

If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. Please note that orders which have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

 

Faulty Items

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment. Please contact our Customer Care team at info@dacy.com.au to notify us of any issue and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.
